Job Description:

Kuwait Airways is actively recruiting for the role of Specialist Route Performance and Passenger Sales Evaluation.

In this role, you will plan, study and assist in the evaluation of KAC’s stations sales and expense activities. This includes defining management objectives regarding marketing planning and increasing KAC's annual revenue, assisting in the preparation of various marketing plans, sales forecasts, connections, and shared routes with other airlines.

You are to assist in the evaluation of market survey data in the light of management of other information, previous surveys of past years sales revenue and targets, forecasted targets, etc.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and analyze the airline marketing environment in relation to competition and industry structure.
• Study and recommend new routes, connections, shared routes with other airlines etc. based on market data and analysis provided by subordinates.
• Monitor Global Sales from worldwide stations and provide analysis, recommend action plan to improve it.
• Follow up the actual passenger revenue and develop statistical reports on monthly basis displaying various comparison studies.
• Develop and set up a comprehensive system to monitor key performance indicators for PAX sales.
• Monitor sales staff performance for KU network and ensure implementation of staff incentive scheme.
• Coordinate the definition of management sales objective relating to sales, route performance and market plan and translate these objectives into actual sales targets.
• Regular follow up and evaluation of outstations sale and expenses, for determination of KAC market share and relative strength.



Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business management, Operation Research, Economics or Marketing.
• 12 years' experience in commercial airline marketing and planning activities.
• Proficient in English
