The Regional Human Resources Manager is responsible for driving key HR operational processes across assigned region.Through a thorough knowledge of laws, regulations , best practices, this role envelops and implements solutions across multiple facilities to deliver significant impact to the business.
In addition, support HR projects and programs as initiated by the expertise team. Activities will include directing and/or supporting employment, staffing, HR legal compliance, labor and employee relations, union coordination activities, training, safety, succession planning and HR administration. Must be willing to travel and be prepared for extended projects at other locations as required.
You will report to the Director of HR in KAC HQ in state of Kuwait. You will have a strong relationship with stations managers and staff and must be able to understand business issues and bring solutions that advance the greater interest of the business.
1- Bachelor degree in human Resources required. Masters will receive additional consideration.
2- the successful candidate should a minimum of 12 years work experience in the HR field preferably in the airline industry environment.
3- Labor and Union relations experience is preferred.
4- English language is essential and other language is prefer.
5- Must be willing to travel and to be prepared for extended projects at other locations as required.
6- Fluent communication and computer skills.
