Basic Function and Scope: Carries out a variety of administrative duties for the cargo department related to processing, checking and updating personnel details. Drafts letters and memorandum on various matters as directed.
Follows up on KAC overseas trainees. Includes advising trainees' guardians of their studies progress. Monitors trainees studies to ensure their progress and eligibility to continue on their scholarships.
Assists in the preparation and follow up of assigned department's budget related to Personnel issues, covering recruitment, salary actions, promotion increases, allowances, end of service benefits accruals, overtime, casual employment, etc. . Assists in processing recommendations for promotion, increments or extraordinary increments.
Checks computer list and recommendations to ensure the employee is eligible. Completes separate lists containing the name, grade, position and recommendation for promotion, increments and extraordinary increments, and forwards to the supervisor to check and pass for approval.
Carries out other similar or related duties, such as processing resignation letters and forwarding for final payment and obtaining files from the Administration Affairs Section, etc.
Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration with no experience needed.
Or 2 years formal education leading to a diploma in Business Administration plus 2 years' experience in personnel or administrative activities with a major company.
