Carries out variety of secretarial and general office duties in assigned Director's office. Includes taking dictation, typing in English and in Arabic, mail receipt, distribution and dispatch, maintaining confidential and general files, receiving visitors, arranging appointments and attending meetings. Maintains adequate stocks of stationery and supplies, and drafts routine correspondence as directed. Follows up on work with other departments.
Completion of Secondary (12 years) education, followed by a 6 months secretarial course or completion of Secondary (12 years) education followed by 2 years formal education leading to Diploma in Secretarial .
7 years' experience in general secretarial and clerical work Or 6 years' experience for diploma education .
Fluent in English and Arabic .Excellent in Microsoft office skills
