Job Description:
Basic Function &
Scope : Carry out scheduled and
unscheduled Quality Control audits
of Kuwait Airways Engineering Facilities, Sections, units and outstations. Will
additionally be required to carry out Audits of Fuel Farms, Other operators,
Contracted repair / overhauls agencies.
Task and Duties :
Remain
current with applicable regulatory requirements which include, but not
limited to, Kuwait DGCA, EASA, FAA, Human Factors and safety requirements.
Develop
and maintain an audit schedule to include the required numbers of audits
within the engineering facilities (Kuwait ).
Assist
supervisor audits in Developing and maintaining an audit schedule to
include the required numbers of audits of external suppliers, overhaul,
repair agencies and maintenance organizations (external/international).
Assist
supervisor audits in Developing and maintaining and implement an audit
check list/sheet which directly audits applicable regulatory, MOE, EQCP,
Safety and Human Factors requirements to ensure continuous compliance with
these requirements.
Carry
out audits as assigned of Kuwait
airways engineering facilities locally and outstations, fuel farms, repair
/ overhaul agencies, third party and other operators to ensure continuous
compliance with regulatory, company and safety requirements.
Follow-up
audit remedial action after an audit has been conducted to ensure a
satisfactory closure of non-compliance issues within the specified periods
and ensuring the remedial action will eliminate future similar non-compliances.
Assist
in Compiling a 6 month audit report and yearly formal feed back report
which annualizes internal & external audits findings for repetitive
failures and trends and supply the same to Engineering Management.
Requirement:
BS.c
in Aeronautical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering or Electrical /
Electronics Engineering Or Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineering (
Double License ) with equivalent technical knowledge.
6
years civil aircraft experience including
2years as an authorized engineer.
