Job Description:

  • Helps to coordinate the administrative and technical work between the Information Technology Department and other departments regarding providing technical support, requesting data, or arranging meetings and appointments between the department and the concerned department.
  • Follow up with the various contracts with the department as well as the follow-up tenders of the Chamber in coordination with the Tenders and Practices Committee and reminders of the Department at the end of the contracts at least three months.
  • Submits lists of bonuses twice a year (April/October) lists extracted from the system concerned with employees who deserve periodic bonuses. The list is circulated to the department heads in the department to submit their recommendations for promotion or change of grade or job title

Requirement:

  1. Diploma in Administrative Sciences or equivalent qualification.
  2. 6 years experience in the field of administrative affairs, coordination, and follow up.

Skills:

Good knowledge of English and Arabic.
